WDI developed its first subdivision in
1974 with the purchase of 18 acres in Bon Air
Subdivision. It was completed in three phases for a total of
34 lots.
In 1978 WDI purchased 50 acres which
became Westwood Estates. There are 80 lots, 30 townhomes and was
finished in five phases. The last three phases of
Westwood Estates were completed as a joint venture with
M&W
Development Co.
M & W
Development Co. is currently involved in the
development of Westlake Estates which began in 1996 and will
include 80 acres and 120 lots.
In 1999 WDI became an exclusive builder
in The Greens of Springcreek located on the Piqua Country Club
golf course.
